Before I jump to the inferences, here’s a story that can make things bit easier to understand.
A mouse was put at the top of a jar filled with grains. He was too happy to find so much of food around him. Now he doesn’t need to run around searching for food and can happily lead his life.
As he enjoyed the grains, in few days time, he reached to the bottom of the jar. Now he is trapped and he cannot come out of it. He has to solely depend upon someone to put grains in the same jar for him to survive.
He may even not get the grain of his choice and he cannot choose either. If he has to live, he has to feed on whatever has been put into the jar.
The story ends here.. However, this is not much different from the corporate world. Once you join a new job with a hefty salary, you keep working for those deliverable, forgetting that we are getting trapped in the jar. Later when we wish to move out, it becomes very difficult and growth in the same company now depends not on your skills but more on management wills.
Hence, never depend on a single source for your well being. Keep developing your skills outside your job so that whenever you wish to leap there are opportunities available and you are not at the mercy of your sole employer.
In 1942, Anne Miller, a young woman, was rushed to hospital with a high fever, delirium and a serious streptococcal infection ravaging her body. She was drifting away and death was approaching her.
By an incredible stroke of luck, her doctor gained access to one tiny batch of a new medicine, which wasn’t even commercially available yet. It was rushed via plane and state troopers to Yale-New Haven Hospital and urgently administered to her.
Miraculously, her recovery began within hours. The fever subsided, the delirium ended and within a few weeks, she recovered. The drug given to her was in such short supply that her urine was saved so it could be shipped back to the Merck pharmaceutical company in New Jersey so that the drug could be re-extracted for another patient.
Yet, that was about to change shortly.
In 1943, Mary Hunt, who worked for the Department of Agriculture’s Northern Regional Research Laboratory in Illinois, went on a strange grocery shopping spree. Her shopping list puzzled the shops she frequented. She scoured markets and shops looking for mouldy fruits, vegetables, cheese, and bread. She brought a mouldy cantaloupe (rockmelon) to the lab and what happened next changed the course of history.
She had found a strain of Penicilium mould that could be used to mass produce penicillin, earning herself the nickname Mouldy Mary. Its mutant yielded 1000 times the amount of penicillin as the strain that Fleming had discovered. Within two years, 100 billion units of penicillin were produced each month (one unit of penicillin is 0.6 microgram). All strains of penicillin today are descendants from that 1943 mould.
Years before that in 1928, the Scottish scientist Alexander Fleming had discovered the antibiotic nature of the mould Penicillium. Over the next months after his discovery, Fleming was able to grow the mould in liquid broth, pass it through a filter and isolate a fluid that had strong antibacterial properties. However, many people don’t know that finding the right strain of mould for practical use was difficult. They were either not the right strain or were not prolific enough. The yields were tiny, unstable, short-lived and slow acting. He actually gave up on the endeavor after two years of fruitless search (pun intended).
(the 90-year-old swatch of mould first created by Alexander Fleming to make penicillin was auctioned at a whopping $15,000)
With the outbreak of the Second World War, the need for antibiotics again became pressing. In 1940, a team led by Howard Florey and Ernst Chain at Oxford University dug up Fleming’s work and tried to develop ways to make it in quantity. Because London was being bombed, they took their project to New York and later to Illinois where the new Fermentation Division of the Northern Regional Research Lab was studying the metabolism of moulds.
Despite their substantial collection of moulds, few of their strains made penicillin. The researchers embarked on probably one of the first crowdsourcing projects in history by sending out a call to the public to send them samples of soil, mouldy grain, fruits and vegetables.
With that humble rockmelon, penicillin began being produced in mass quantities, saving the lives of many toward the end of the war, ushering in a golden age in medicine.
Almonds are a rich source of manganese, Vitamin E, protein, fiber, Omega-3, and Omega-6 fatty acid. However, if you eat almonds the wrong way, you will miss out on its benefits. Always soak them overnight and then eat them in the morning. Almond peel contains tannin that prevents nutrient absorption. When you soak them, the skin easily comes off. Almonds will give you the right dose of nutrition and also improve satiety throughout the day.
Warm water and honey
Honey is loaded with minerals, vitamins, flavonoids, and enzymes that are essential to keep your gut clean and healthy. Eating honey with water on an empty stomach will help flush out toxins and also boost your metabolism and provide your body with a short burst of energy to carry out the daily functions.
Raisins
The dried fruit has a high concentration of potassium, calcium, and iron. Like almonds, soak raisins in water overnight as this increases nutrient absorption. Since they are full of natural sugars, they boost your energy in the morning and prepare you for the rest of the day. They also help regulate blood sugar levels and curb sweet cravings. Raisins can also neutralize acids that have harmful effects on your body.
Papaya
Eating papaya on an empty stomach is a good way to cleanse your body of toxins and ensure smooth bowel movement. What’s more, it is easily available round the year. They are also known to lower bad cholesterol and prevent heart diseases. Wait for 45 minutes before eating your breakfast after you have eaten papaya.
Watermelon
The fruits are 90 percent water and are full of electrolytes and are thereby gentle on the stomach. Starting your day with watermelon will keep you hydrated and satiate sugar cravings with minimal calories (a cup of watermelon has 40 calories). Watermelon also contains high levels of lycopene which boosts heart and eye health.
Chia seeds
These tiny seeds are filled with protein, fiber, calcium, antioxidants, and Omega 3s. The best way to eat them is when they have been soaked overnight. Chia seeds have the ability to expand in your stomach and keep you fuller for a long. This way they aid in weight loss. When they are soaked they develop a gelatinous coating that helps them move swiftly in the digestive system.
Dates
Dates are a great source of instant energy that is much needed to kick start your day. Dates also contain a bunch of soluble fibers which are essential for good digestive health because it draws water into the digestive tract. This also helps relieve constipation. The potassium found in dates can also treat upset stomachs and diarrhea.

Built in the 9th century, the Ananthapura Lake Temple in Kasaragod district of Kerala is a picturesque location. The extraordinary feature about this otherwise typical lake temple is the vegetarian-guarding crocodile, known affectionately as ‘Babiya’.
Since ancient times, the Ananthpura lake temple is said to be protected by only vegetarian crocodile of the world- Babiya day and night. Babiya is a legend, who stays in the lake water where the temple is located.
According to local folklore, Sri Vilvamangalathu Swami, a fervent devotee of Lord Vishnu was meditating to win the favour from the Lord. While he was in deep meditation, Lord Krishna took on an avatar of a small boy and started disturbing the sage. Miffed by the behaviour of the little one, Sri Vilvamangalathu Swami thrust him aside. The sage later realised it was Lord Krishna, but it was too late, as the boy vanished into the cave that is located within the temple grounds. Since then, the entrance of the cave as well as the temple is said to be guarded by Babiya.
At any one time, there is always only one croc in the lake, and as bizarre as it may sound, each time the guardian crocodile dies, another one pops up mysteriously and takes on the job of guarding the temple. Strange, but true! And to this day, no one knows how each new crocodile appears in the lake. According to the legend, once a British soldier killed the guardian crocodile, and in no time, another crocodile was seen in the lake guarding the temple. But, within a few days, that British soldier died from a snakebite. Locals claim that the snake-god, Anantha, punished him for his wrongdoing.
According to the trustee of the temple, Ramachandra Bhatt, “the crocodile is a God’s messenger who alarms the temple patrons if anything strange happens in and around the premises as well as protects the shrine from evil”.
The vegetarian crocodile here is friendly and (since the soldier incident long agao) there has been no incidence of harming anyone, not even the fishes in the lake. Interestingly, Babiya doesn’t eat anything except the offerings (or ‘Prasad’) from the temple and eats only when the temple official feeds him.
Today, several thousands of devotees and tourists visit this temple to catch a glimpse of Babiya, the vegetarian crocodile. Though, Babiya doesn’t often show up, but if you’re lucky, you may chance upon the croc in the lake.

Rani ki Vav or Ranki vav (lit. ‘Queen’s stepwell’) is a stepwell situated in the town of Patan in Gujarat state of India.
Engineering sketch plan of the step-well.
It is located on the banks of Saraswati river. Silted over, it was rediscovered in 1940s and restored in 1980s by the Archaeological Survey of India.
Rani-ki-Vav was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Site list in 2014.
Its construction is attributed to Udayamati, daughter of Khengara of Saurashtra, queen of the 11th-century Solanki dynasty and spouse of Bhima I.
As the history goes, Patan where the stepwell is located was the capital of Gujarat when King Siddharja Jaysingh was in power. Then, it was known as Anhilpur Patan. The construction of Rani Ki Vav was commissioned in the Solanki or Chalukya regime. It is said that the stepwell was built as a tribute to Bhimdev the First whose father had founded the Solanki dynasty in 1050 AD. The construction was proposed by the queen Udayamati, wife of Bhimdev the first.
The entrance is located in the east while the well is located at the westernmost end and consists of a shaft 10 metres in diameter and 30 metres deep. The stepwell is divided into seven levels of stairs which lead down to deep circular well.
The finest and one of the largest examples of it’s kind and designed as an inverted temple highlighting the sanctity of water, the stepwell is divided into seven levels of stairs with sculptural panels; more than 500 principal sculptures and over a thousand minor ones combine religious, mythological and secular imagery.
The walls, pillars, columns, brackets and beams are ornamented with carvings and scroll work. The niches in the side walls are ornamented with beautiful and delicate figures and sculptures. There are 212 pillars in the stepwell.
The structure was flooded by the Sabarmati River and remained silted till the late 1980s, when the ASI excavated it.
The steps lead to the deepest bottom through several pillared pavilions. The lowermost step ends at a small gate which opens to a 30-km tunnel. It is supposed to have been used as an escape to the nearby town Sidhpur in times of invasion by enemies.
The World Heritage Site status has made Rani Ki Vav the queen of stepwells in India, for its sheer magnificence, intricate carvings, celestial sculptures, and water-preserving technology.Since July 2018, the new 100 rupee banknote features rani ki vav in its rear side.
The beauty of this step-well architecture is beyond the words.
No one, No book and No answer in any universe can capture the might, humbleness and devotion that is possessed by lord Hanuman. He is The only God who lives here physically on this planet today, hence he is also called the lord of The age of kali or Kaliyuga.
He was kind enough that He sacrificed his own self written Ramayan, Which he carved out with his own fingers on the surface of Himalaya mountains, For the sake of Sage Valmiki ji, after the latter felt dismayed on seeing that Lord hanuman’s Ramayan is superior as compared to Valmiki Ramayan. After this, Valmiki ji promised that He’ll re incarnate is Kaliyuga, to write the glories of Lord Hanuman( Tulsidas ji).
He is known as seeta shok vinashak as he relieved mother sita off her Sadness, After he came to visit her, to offer her the word of Shri Ram and to give her Shri Ram’s Ring.
He Bought an entire mountain,Suffered a direct hit of an arrow(which was shot after taking the name of lord Ram), all for the sake of His brother like laxman ji.
He spared Kumbhkaran’s life, just to make sure that His king i.e Surgreev’s reputation is not tarnished
He was kind enough to let the Brahmastra bind him, such that he got to get a face to face dialogue with Ravan, where he tried his best to explain Ravan whom he was actually messing with( Shri Ram)
He took part in one of the biggest Dharma yuddha ever, and saved Arjun from deadly celestial arrows and weapons.

Just like lord shiva’s he doesn’t wants any sort of Offerings from your side, or any sacrifice, he just requires your love and devotion, Thats it and he’ll take whatever you offer him, with extreme happiness.
He stayed with Tulsidas ji throughout his life, like a shadow, protecting him always and even sent his vanar army to ransack the fort of Mughal invader Akbar. He even met tulsidas ji in his real form and blessed him.
He stayed back on this earth, in his physical form, away from his lord, just to look after His devotees, and protect them from the effect of Kali the demon, while all other Gods had to leave . Even though the population of those who hate him is increasing day by day, He is still here for his devotees. He rushes wherever and in whatever condition his devotees are in, and eliminates all difficulties in their lives. All you need to do, is to remember him once, and keep doing it every day, and he’ll always be there for you and he will stay here until even only one RamBhakt is left on this planet
His glories and his mercy is beyond any sort of explanation, and here’s a little attempt from my side to give you an idea about him
1 If an egg comes out of the water when it is put in the water, it is broken. This happens because over time, gas builds up in the egg, causing it to float.

In addition, these nuts absorb oxygen and release carbon dioxide, so this is another risk factor. Therefore, special safety measures need to be taken when transporting in cabins or trucks.

Look at that. In 17 years, it went from a patch of desert to looking like downtown Manhattan.
Massive amounts of money were poured into Dubai, trying to make it look like a metropolis, in the shortest amount of time possible.
It feels fake, because a city doesn’t really belong there. It’s literally a patch of desert. The flashy buildings and resorts just try to hide that.
Beneath all the flash, it’s really a pretty terrible country for anyone that isn’t a millionaire. Working conditions are horrible, and living conditions are just as terrible for poor people. Poverty rates are estimated at about 20%, plus they have a terrible human rights record. It isn’t really even considered a free country. It’s pretty awful. United Arab Emirates
Dubai is a perfect example of a facade. A layer of wealth and opulence veiling a grimy and tarnished center.
Make sure to consume the right quantity so that your body can break down the protein.
Meegan Hefford’s body wasn’t able to break down the amount of protein she was consuming which led to her death.
Yes, it is safe to consume whey protein. It is made of milk and doesn’t contain any harmful substances provided you consume an authentic product.
Also, consuming an authentic product is an absolute must to prevent any sort of diseases or worse. The Indian market primarily is a major country with high adulteration of products.
How do you identify authentic products?
Authorized Importer’s seal: Any imported product should have an importer’s seal on the product. It is imperative to verify the product with the importer through their customer care email ID since many sellers paste fake importer stickers on the product.
Verify with the manufacturer: Manufacturer verification will only identify the box and not the content inside. Importer verification, however, will make sure that the product has followed a secured supply chain.
Mixability: 99% of adulteration happens in Whey Proteins and Mass Gainers since they yield higher profits to the vendors. Once adulterated, protein quality will not be the same as before. A genuine whey protein/isolates will mix well when you mix it in your shaker for 25 seconds. You should not see any “insoluble” substances. Mass gainers normally take time to mix due to its heavy texture, but insoluble substances should still not be visible.
Lab test: is an expensive option but the last resort to opt.
QR Code/Scratch Code: All products may not have it but if one has it, make sure to verify it. QR Code may help you authenticate products but don’t confuse it with Barcode. Barcodes do not help in authentication of products.
Source of Purchase: Make sure you buy products from a reliable source who follow a secure supply chain & doesn’t want to compromise with your health for money.
